Harvest Dinner and Wine Auction

The Fifth Annual Crush Festival
kicks off on the evening of Friday, October 12th. Guests will gather
at the historic MacMurray Ranch from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. to enjoy
a sumptuous harvest dinner prepared by local chefs Duskie Estes and
John Stewart and engage in some friendly competition while bidding on
incredible wine lots during the evening’s wine auction. The original homestead
on MacMurray Ranch was settled over 150 years ago in the Russian River Valley of
Sonoma County. Actor Fred MacMurray purchased the ranch in the 1940’s and
farmed it for over 50 years. Today the ranch is surrounded by vineyards and
lends its name to some of California’s best Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. Duskie
Estes and John Stewart are chef/proprietors of, what Wine Spectator
(June 15, 2007) called “local gems”,
Zazu & Bovolo
restaurants and farm. Wine Spectator pronounced John a “pork maniac” and the
evening’s dinner, which includes an authentic pig roast, is not to be missed! Harvest Dinner and Wine Auction: $200.00 in advance.
